Most merchants are approved within 24-48 hours after submitting their application. Once approved, you can integrate our hosted checkout and start accepting payments immediately. For traditional acquiring bank setups, underwriting can take 3-5 business days.

What documents do I need to get started?

You'll need: a valid government-issued ID, business registration documents (LLC articles, EIN letter), a processing statement (if available), your business website URL, and a voided check or bank letter for deposit setup. We'll guide you through everything during onboarding.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Step 1: Create your account and tell us about your business. Step 2: We review your application and match you with the right processing solution. Step 3: Upload required documents and complete underwriting. Step 4: Configure your checkout page, grab your API keys, and go live. A dedicated onboarding specialist will guide you through every step.

Will my account get shut down like it did with Stripe/PayPal?
